How can I get tickets for the conference?

Details regarding purchasing tickets can be accessed by clicking on the Registration menu item. If you are a public employee or work in public administration, all you have to pay for is the accommodation. Once again, we offer discount options for NGOs and SMEs. Please make sure that you select the option that is appropriate for you.

What is the registration deadline? Can I register at the venue?

Registration is open until October 28, 2015. Please keep in mind that registration will close immediately if the venue's capacity is reached. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to register as soon as possible. We do not offer on-site registration and payment options. If the transferral of the registration fee is not registered in our system by the day of the conference, we cannot provide access to the event. We can only waive this restriction upon special request.

Several employees of my organization would like to attend the conference. Is there an option to register as a group?

Yes, a single individual may purchase multiple tickets. In case of group registration, only the person who registered will have access to the individual participants' data, meaning that they will be unable to log in individually.

Are meals included in the admission fee?

Yes, the admission fee includes catering for coffee breaks, lunch and dinner. Meals will be listed as a separate item on the invoice.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, an electronic invoice will be issued following payment and sent to the e-mail address specified at registration. In case you cannot accept electronic invoices, please notify the financial department at penzugy@infoter.eu.

How can I reach the venue?

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, you can; however, the following conditions apply:
For registrations canceled before October 16th, 2015, we will refund 50% of the registration fee. From October 17th on, a no refund policy applies. The terms above are independent of payment. Invoices are issued for any unpaid sums. In such cases, we recommend transferring your ticket to a colleague. To do so, please send an e-mail to konferencia@infoter.eu.
