Parking: As Hotel Anna Grand has limited parking space, we kindly request our guests who stay overnight to park their vehicles in the parking lot of the hotel where they will be accommodated. The parking lot of Hotel Anna Grand is easily accessible by turning from road 71 to Zsigmond Street. From the direction of Budapest, this means taking the fourth street on the left after the first traffic light. For attendees who are not guests of the hotel, the parking fee of 3000 HUF/day is to be paid at the hotel reception.

Transfer: A round-the-clock minivan service will provide transportation between Hotel Anna Grand and the other hotels, offering guests comfortable access to the venue from their accommodation of choice.

More hotels offer accommodation this year than ever before. At registration, attendees can select from the following hotels (accommodation is available on a first-come-first-served basis, and is contingent on capacity and reservations). Our guests can choose accommodation options dependent on availability and whether they require single or double rooms. Attendees requesting accommodation in double rooms can either select a room mate or let the organizers select one for them. Certain accommodation options are reserved for the presenters and special guests.
